About Us
Rooted in East London. Started because young people deserve better. Still here for exactly that reason.
Who We Are
What We Do and
Why We Started
Winners of Tomorrow is a specialist provider of supported accommodation and floating support for young people in London. We work with young people aged 16 to 21 who are making the transition to independent living, including care leavers, those at risk of homelessness, and anyone who needs a steady hand and proper support to get on their feet.
We know that the right support at the right time can change the trajectory of a young person's life. So we show up, we follow through, and we stay in their corner, whether that means sorting benefits, working on a CV, or just being someone they can actually talk to.
We are registered with Ofsted under the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, with our registration confirmed in 2024. We work in line with all relevant UK legislation and quality standards to ensure every young person receives safe, effective support.
Compassion
We genuinely care, not just about outcomes, but about the person in front of us.
Respect
Everyone who walks through our door deserves to be treated with dignity. Full stop.
Empowerment
We help young people find their own strength, not just do things for them.
Integrity
We say what we mean and do what we say. No spin, no excuses.
What We Are Here to Do
Our Aims
Starting With the Person
We start with the person, not a process. Support that shifts as their needs change.
Building Independence
From cooking to managing a tenancy: practical skills that actually stick.
Education & Employment
Help getting into college, writing a CV or finding work, whatever the next step looks like.
Rights & Advocacy
We go to meetings with young people, speak up when needed and make sure their voice is heard.
Our Mission
To give young people the safe space, the right support and the real chances they need to build a life that is truly their own.
Real Stories. Real Change.
Our Impact

Daniel Mensah
Founder and Director
Daniel founded Winners of Tomorrow with one purpose: to create a service that genuinely transforms outcomes for young people with complex needs. His approach is rooted in lived experience. Having witnessed close family members navigate the care and youth justice systems, he understands at a personal level what is at stake when the right support is absent — and that understanding shapes every decision he makes as Registered Manager and Responsible Individual.
As a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead, Daniel ensures that safeguarding is embedded at every level of the organisation. His practice is trauma-informed throughout. He recognises that many of the young people we support have experienced exploitation, placement instability, family breakdown or significant adversity, and that meaningful change requires consistency, genuine relationship and a deep understanding of what drives risk behaviour. Commissioners can be confident that every young person placed with us is known, protected and supported by people who understand their background.
Before entering social care, Daniel worked as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Those industry connections allow Winners of Tomorrow to open real, employer-linked doors: apprenticeships and employment pathways in construction, electrical work, plumbing and decorating. For young people who need more than good intentions, we provide tangible vocational opportunities that lead to genuine careers and lasting independence.
Our outcomes reflect this approach. 95% of young people who complete our programme transition successfully into independent living, further education or employment. We measure success not by placement numbers but by the stability and futures young people build for themselves.
"Every young person we work with has potential. Our job is to create the safety, consistency and opportunity that allows that potential to become a reality — for the young person, for their future, and for the communities they are part of."
We are growing our team. If this work matters to you, we want to hear from you.
