Referral Submissions
When a referral is submitted, we collect the referring professional's name, email, phone number, organisation and role, and information about the young person being referred including their name, date of birth, location and support needs.
Contact Form Submissions
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message content.
Service Users
For young people receiving our services, we collect and hold personal information necessary to provide safe and effective support, including health information, support history and risk assessments. This is governed by separate service agreements and our Safeguarding Policy.

To assess and process referrals for young people
To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with our legal obligations. Contact form data is typically retained for 12 months. Referral and service user data is typically retained for a minimum of seven years in line with regulatory requirements.
