Therapy & Wellbeing

"Your mental health matters. We are here to listen."

What This Service Is

Our Therapy & Wellbeing service provides access to emotional and mental health support tailored to the needs of each young person. We understand that many young people entering our care have experienced trauma, instability or difficult life events.

We work alongside NHS services, Mind in Ilford, Kooth, and specialist counsellors to ensure every young person has access to the right level of mental health support at the right time.
