What This Service Is
Our 24/7 Support service ensures that no young person ever faces a crisis alone. An on call manager is available around the clock for genuine emergencies, every single day of the year.
The on call number is communicated to residents weekly and is always available in your Welcome Pack. Our Key Workers also provide regular scheduled visits and phone check ins throughout the week.
