Service Overview
What We Provide
Winners of Tomorrow provides two distinct services: Ofsted-regulated Supported Accommodation for young people aged 16 to 17, and Floating Support for young adults aged 18 to 21. We work with care leavers, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), and young people with complex support needs including those at risk of exploitation, homelessness or placement breakdown.
We operate properties across East London and West Sussex, each staffed by experienced, DBS-checked support workers. Every young person receives a named Key Worker, an individual Support Plan, and access to a full range of wrap-around services covering education, employment, life skills, therapy and wellbeing.
Our model is designed to complement local authority care planning, providing commissioners with regular written updates, support plan reviews and responsive communication throughout every placement.

What Makes Us Different
Why Choose Winners of Tomorrow?
Local authorities place young people with us because we do things differently. Here is what sets us apart.
Relationship-Based Support
Every young person has a dedicated Key Worker who provides consistent, face-to-face support. We believe that a trusted relationship is the foundation for all positive change. We do not rotate staff; we invest in continuity.
Trauma-Informed Practice
Our entire approach is built around an understanding of trauma and its impact on behaviour, relationships and development. Staff are trained to respond with empathy and consistency, creating an environment where young people feel safe enough to begin rebuilding their lives.
Real Opportunities & Apprenticeships
Through our founder's background in construction and our partnerships with colleges and employers, we open genuine pathways into apprenticeships and employment in skilled trades, healthcare, childcare and beyond. Good intentions are not enough — we create real opportunities.
Preparation for Independence
We do not just provide a roof. We actively prepare young people for independent living through structured life skills work covering budgeting, cooking, tenancy management, healthcare and community integration — building real capability, not dependency.
Multi-Agency Working
We work closely with local authorities, CAMHS, the police, probation, schools, colleges and health services to ensure every young person receives joined-up support. We attend all relevant meetings, share timely reports and respond promptly to professional enquiries.
Tailored Support Plans
No two young people are the same. Every placement begins with a thorough needs assessment and results in a personalised Support Plan that reflects the individual's goals, risks and aspirations. Plans are reviewed regularly and updated as the young person progresses.

Positive Outcome for a Young Person
Young person, aged 17 at referral
A young person was referred following a placement breakdown and a period of sofa surfing. Within four months they had enrolled in a Level 2 qualification, developed a working budget, and rebuilt a stable daily routine. By the time they turned 18 they were ready to move on to semi-independent living, which they achieved successfully. Their social worker described the progress as remarkable.

Positive Outcome for a Young Person
Young person, aged 19 at referral
A young person with a history of disengagement from services was placed through our semi-independent pathway. With consistent Key Worker support focused on confidence and wellbeing, they secured a paid apprenticeship within seven months and moved on to their own tenancy, which they have sustained successfully. They now volunteer in their local community.
