Understanding Ofsted Regulation and What It Means for Young People

Winners of Tomorrow is regulated by Ofsted under the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. Here is what that means for the young people you refer to us.

Since the introduction of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, all providers of supported accommodation for young people aged 16–17 are required to be registered with and inspected by Ofsted.

Winners of Tomorrow is fully registered and compliant with these regulations. This means:

• We are inspected by Ofsted to ensure we meet national quality standards
• Our accommodation, staffing and support practices are regularly reviewed
• We must evidence how we support each young person's development and safety
• We have clear safeguarding policies and a named Designated Safeguarding Lead

For professionals making referrals, Ofsted registration provides assurance that the young person will be placed in a regulated, safe and quality-assured environment. You can search for our registration on the Ofsted website.

If you have any questions about our regulatory status or wish to see our most recent inspection report, please contact us directly at info@winnersoftomorrow.co.uk.
