A clear overview of our Ofsted-registered provision, referral process, and what local authorities can expect when placing a young person with Winners of Tomorrow.
<p>Winners of Tomorrow is a specialist provider of supported accommodation for young people aged 16 to 21. We are fully registered with Ofsted under the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and work in close partnership with local authorities across London.
Our Provision
We operate two distinct support pathways:
Supported Accommodation (16 to 18): This pathway provides structured, higher-intensity support for young people aged 16 to 18 who are transitioning from care or at risk of homelessness. Each young person receives a named Key Worker, a risk-assessed individualised support plan, and regular multi-agency review meetings.
Semi-Independent Living (18 to 21): This pathway supports older young people in developing the skills and confidence needed for full independence. Support is tailored to each individual and reviewed regularly in line with their progression goals.
What Commissioners Can Expect
All placements are underpinned by a detailed needs assessment completed within 48 hours of referral. We provide regular written updates, participate in looked-after children reviews, and maintain open communication with placing authorities at all times.
Our Registered Service Manager and Responsible Individual is Daniel Mensah, who oversees all placements and ensures compliance with our regulatory obligations.
